- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Reyes is the most rudest person I have ever met in my life. I brought my one ear old there after having numerous issues with her ears, and not only was he a half hour late in getting to the office (we were the first appointment of the day) but when we finally got back to see him, he made my spouse hold my one year old down by crossing his legs over hers and holding her head to his chest, making her very upset, and he yelled at her, and then after all that he dismissed her problems like they were nothing. Like we were making it all up. Im sorry, but when my daughter can't sleep flat, constantly pulls at both her ears, and crys all the time in pain something is wrong. I know my child, and I know when something is not right. We now go to western new York ear nose and throat, and she is getting tubes in her ears because she has shallow ear canals so fluid has a hard time draining. Hmm and dr.reyes said there was nothing wrong. What a joke. Glad I got a second opinion because this could have delayed my daughter's speach and affected her hearing.September 05, 2017by Brooke Wirth
